1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name and email address when you sign up. Gift content: the messages, photos, videos and music you upload to create gifts, and the recipient name and occasion you choose. Payment information: we do not store card or bank details; payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. under their privacy terms. Usage data: basic technical information needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the Service: create and publish your gifts, grant template access after purchase, verify payments, keep your account secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with access controls, row-level security and encryption in transit. Media you upload is stored in a private cloud bucket and only exposed through gift links you explicitly publish.

4. Sharing

We share data only where needed: with our payment processor (Cashfree) to process your purchase, and with service providers that host and operate the platform. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Gift Recipients

When you share a gift link, the recipient can view the gift content you chose to publish. We do not share recipients’ data beyond what is needed to display the gift.

6. Your Choices

You can edit or delete your gifts at any time, and you can close your account by contacting us. Deleting an account removes your account data and published gifts. We retain records only as long as necessary for legal, tax and security purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
