Refunds and Cancellations

1. What You Are Buying
Template purchases on GiftOnScreen are one-time payments (in Indian Rupees) that unlock a premium template for you to create gifts. Purchases are processed through Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.
2. Digital Goods — No Automatic Refunds
Because template access is a digital product that is delivered instantly after a successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
3. Exceptions
We will review refund requests in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive template access (entitlement not granted) after a successful payment.
- The payment was duplicated or an incorrect amount was charged.
- The Service was unavailable and prevented use of the purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of the purchase with your order reference. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, the payment processor will investigate. Please contact us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly.
