1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GiftOnScreen (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GiftOnScreen lets you create personalized animated gifts using templates, messages, photos, videos and music, and share them with recipients through a unique link or QR code. Templates are provided on a one-time purchase basis at the prices displayed at checkout, in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of the messages, photos, videos and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use and share that content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others. We may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. A template purchase grants you access to use that template for creating gifts. Refunds are governed by our Refunds and Cancellations policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to send spam, fraud, misleading, defamatory, harassing or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The GiftOnScreen name, templates (unless created by you), software and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates or Service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
